Synopsis
5 years after the events of
How to Train Your Dragon Hiccup and friends continue to live with dragons in the land of Berk. We see Hiccup traveling with Toothless trying out new tricks and discovering new lands. They stumble across some men trying to capture dragons. They are revealed to be working for a man named Drago. Hiccup tells the news to his father and his father begins to freak out. Hiccup's father says they must prepare for war but Hiccup doesn't want war so he goes and tries to negotiate with them. After the negotiating doesn't work Hiccup and Toothless fly off. While flying they meet the mysterious
Dragon Rider and their adventure begins there.
Review
Besides being in a theater with someone coughing behind me the whole entire time, it was a great movie experience. The plot was really thought out and amazing. It still gives you that feeling you got from the first one (which I loved by the way) and continues to deliver a sense of adventure. This was the most fun I have had at the theaters in a few months. It really gives you what you pay for. It is action packed, it is fun, and it is great for the whole family. What I mean by that is, anyone in your family could see it by themselves and have an awesome time. Definitely a summer movie and probably took a while to think about. I hope for a sequel that is just as, or more amazing.
Recommendation
Go see this movie at full price. It's worth it.'nuff said.
